I have been watching this clip for dozens of times already and I just still cant stop watching it. The pre-performance interview is just so touching that I almost cry every time I watch. He is such a humble man. The part he responded to Sharon proved of his humility better. This guy is simply a breath of fresh air. He's real, he's honest and has a wonderful giving soul that he shares in his music. It's way early on and we have many yet to see but Grimm has set the bar very high. A white man who can sing with that much soul is definitly a winning combination. Close your eyes and listen and you may even think you are listening to the late great Ray Charles. I hope he goes all the way.

Ringmasters, Future Funk perform all over Vegas and the little one was on the Ellen Show. Haspop is even in an Usher vid. These are all unknown pros and are just trying to go furthur. This show is for anyone that has talent, not just amateurs and always has been. Even Terry Fator was no amateur. If they only took amateurs look what we would have missed.

This guy is awesome!! The "fix" is on though! He had a record deal at 16 years old in Nashville and did'nt make it on the country scene. It would seem one would lose amateur status at that point. This is the stage being used to revitalize his career. Sharon and Piers faces tell it all - no reaction whatsoever for a performance like that, cmon!! Something is "set up" here, the judges barely react to his performance which stunning UNLESS they already know. If you research this guy his experience is far and wide and is no stranger to the stage. This would be the perfect venue to introduce him to a young crowd and would be less a gamble for a lable to first confirm star power. The judges faces tell the whole story here!! I think he is great !! but I dont think they will have him win as he will be HUGE after this first show!!
