Never thought of the baking soda bath! will try next time Brad has a bad rash. I also have used plenty of different diaper rash creams including Desitin but, the only one that I found worked was BARRIER as you do with your Desitin we also put it on at every change and works remarkably well. If by some cahnce as Brad has had this past wk a bad rash we use "browned flour" at every change and it works, then back to BARRIER...check out my video on it
