@sandite5 They're talking about EXTERNAL addresses, not internal ones. NAT is just forwarding ports regarding a specific static IP address that's used INTERNALLY on the network. We are absolutely running out of IP addresses, as IPv4 only uses 32-bit addresses.
It's rather humorous that we're at this stage at all. It has been known for over a decade that we would run out of addresses. The past 5 years has been screaming about the well running dry. But now, everyone is like, OH! WE HAVE NO ADDRESSES! >.<
