  • ''Andy's smile was a MIA child''

What the fuck does that mean? It sounds more like ''Andy's smile, familiar child'' even though it still doesn't make any sense

  • @23D1998 I always thought it was "a mere child"

  • He sounds like a yeti trying to explain its emotions urgently! I love this! Gives me that neck hair raising, throat lump feeling.

  • That's why this song hits home with so many people. Everyone can relate to losing someone. This song is jus phenomenal.

  • This was the very first Leatherface tune I heard. I loved the guitar, and couldn't understand a damn thing he was saying. So I opened the booklet and read along. I was completely impressed with the words, so much that I pretty much went on a Leatherface bender trying to get my hands on all their material.

  • "And I made a friend like I'd never known

Who made me feel like I was a special someone

He cared like I had never done why oh why did didn't I just phone

And now I'll never know what was wrong

There must have been something we could have done"

  • i have been searching for this song for about 6-7 years....thank you sooooo much!

  • @wildfiree21 but it was worth the waiting right?!

  • @jmniebla indeed it was...bought the byo sampler for 2 bucks while in my punk rock days n this song brings back so many memories.

  • Honestly one of my favorite tunes ever. Just so good.

  • Totally amazing. I saw em 3 weeks ago.Frankie still cuts a mean frontman figure. He used to hang out at the squat in Oxton village. whenever Leatherface played Liverpool.Great days.

  • like a diamond , when you find it , its dirty & raw !

  • how can you possibly dislike this?

  • Nice to see so many other folks that get it. This is one of the most important songs to me in my 35 years. A good friend of mine died right around the time this came out. Hit home on so many levels.

  • @livingminimal be strong mate sometimes we all lose someone who made our lives feel good i've lost few and i often have think maybe i could of saved them maybe this did not have to happen but you can't beat fate. i just remember all the good times we had together and it makes me feel happy

  • oh my goodness

  • And if I could change this world, I'd turn it completely upside down. This song is amazing. So underrated its untrue.
