Then go to basement and unlock doors until you find the room with the blue glow. Then take the fat man, the nukes and then get the big prize, a t-5lb armor and helmet both in perfect condition. dont do the mission for crowly because he just takes it himself.

I got that armor, but the one in fort constantine was better. To get this mission you talk too mister crowly in underworld, then get the mission You gotta shoot'em in the head.If you want convince him to tell you what its for. It doesnt matter. Now as you collect the keys get dukov to tell you where fort constantine is. Then when you have all the keys go there kill all the robots and go to the house behind the large building.

@soilder5272 To get it you can't have EVER been to Old Olney before. To get the armour it's a once off if you miss it it's gone. Desides it's annoying and the T51-B kicks it in every way, the only reason most people get it is for their rare item collections. It's that utterly useless.

You have to get the power armor the first time you enter the sewer. If you played Broken Steel, went in there your first time ,and DIDN'T pick it up you are shit out of luck.

you wanna know where he is? he's at old olney. it's right near vault 92... you can get vault 92 on your map by doing miscellaneous quest: agatha's song... and if you complete agatha's song, you get her radio broadcast... it's good REALLY good...
