Ezekiel bread is awesome! I get Ezekiel 4:9 bread from the grocery store and also the health food store. (I love their tortillas). God bless you, great video. You're awesome!
Great Stuff. Do you think that we can do great without sprouting ? Why spend time on this, fresh chard, parsley, spinach, kale, rocket, lambs lettuce are all available for nearly everywhere. Why should we spend extra time or money on sprouts if we already eat 10-15 different greens a month and we can get all nutrients from those greens what we need, can't we ?
Thank you for sharing the video with me. It is great.
In my opinion fruits and vegetables are more then enough, and they supply us with all the nutrients we need all year around.
However for people who live on colder climates, sprouting can be a very good option, to increase their green intake, vitamin and mineral levels, etc... A lot better option than supplements. Although, If I had a mango and a huge leaf of swiss chard, I would still eat that two over the sprouted mustard or wheat seeds.
I have just recently started pre-soaking my grains, such as rice, quinoa, buckwheat, millet, and wild rice. From what I have researched I have been soaking them at room temperature in water with a little apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Is this how you would recommend going about soaking the grains? (I usually let them soak anywhere from overnight to a few days).
@NicoletteLynnMusic To sprout it may take a little longer, depending on the grain or seed, usually one to four days. For rice or oats that are not sprouted, overnight is enough. Yes vinegar or lemon juice with water and sea salt. For oats I use whey to get more bacterial action. You could also use kefir starter or yogurt. For sprouting soak overnight in a mason jar, pour off water, and rinse several times a day to keep moist until they sprout.
never say never!i believe in natural organic fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds as a remedy for most, problems, diseases etc not medication.. i like this guy. Dr. Rich seems cool. lol I definately will be staying up to date with this channel . THx
