  • Been noticing your vids for the past few weeks! 5 stars!By the way,your halting deadlift load is 75% of 1RM? What rep/set/load protocol would you recommend for the halting deads?

  • It's not always 75% for the deadlifts to the knees, sometimes it's more and sometimes less.

    I think that medium loads might work best here. You can probably use a slightly heavier load when doing a true halting deadlift. The difference being that you would deadlift the weight to the knees, pause it, and then complete the rep to lockout.
