yeah ur right. the anime's dragging and i can't believe the story hasn't moved on. i liked bleach at first especially when the gang tried to save rukia and everything. but now.. it's just plain dragging. sad, i really liked the anime.

i do read the manga though coz i think it's not as dragging as the anime. the anime has so many fillers in it.

nah rukia was first intended to be the main character but the writer decided she wasnt main character material and made her the main support character

Rukia was the first character created for this series that is now "BLEACH". In Kubo's mind even though she was created first she was never intended to be in center of the whole story like Ichigo. He already had the choice of Ichigo being the main character. It wasn't because she wasn't main character material but the other way around. Ichigo's design was black hair with glasses but it was decided he wanted both of their designs to compliment each other to match and changed Ichigo's hair orange.

First of all, the bount arc was only a filler arc, so bringing evidence from there is pretty useless.

Second of all, she wanted to stay in soul society and ichigo half-heartedly let her stay since he wanted her to go back with him.

And third of all, him going to save Orihime isn't that special, he went to SS to save rukia as soon as he could, so don't go on making assumptions that could be easily countered.
