So, basically the local ordinances are impending on the First Amendment. If one were to contend the citation in court as an un-Constitutional regulation, the citation would be overruled and the law would be removed from the books. Makes me want to go to Michigan and be annoying to some random, asshole seeming person.

And more rules & regs on the way, driver cellphone usage in a moving vehicle illegal as of new year here, hands-free excepted, smoking in vehicles, i was in Kalamazoo a while back and outside the museum with the great blown glass sculpture hanging above the main foyer, there in the rear courtyard were no smoking signs, first time i ever saw such a thing. Great museum tho'.

It's academic really, as Michigan is an aboriginal word to begin with, unless you're a nishnab, in which case, Ani!

Hey uofmfan, nice work, love that annoyin' tune, reminds me of 'i can't control my brain~, keep on thinkin' 'bout stupid stuff, just can't seem to get enough, i can't control my brain'. And those michiganis are livin' practically next door, all these new rules and regulations in the name of freedom, so annoyingly oxymoronic, there oughta be a law against that. merry xmas, peace, love and freedom
