It's 4x game with RTS elements

Ummm...it is, by definition an RTS actually...Note that RTS = Real Time Strategy. As in, the game takes place in real time as opposed to being turn based. While Sins might be quite different from the generic RTS game, it is very obviously in the RTS genre.
