She wasn't "Queen Mary of Teck"! She was Princess Mary of Teck before she married. She became Queen Mary of Great Britain upon the coronation of her husband, King George the V. She was never "Queen Mary of Teck".
when referring to the queen, you only use HM. It is already presumed that majesty is royal.
The "R" or the "S" refers to the degree of "highness" of other members of the royal family, be it royal or serene. "S" is not used for British royals, though.
