@must041968 You'd be surprised just how quiet trains actually are. Particularly ones in electrified territory with catenary. Also, going up to 150 mph (Amtrak's Acela) you don't often have time to move. Other than the suicides who get hit by trains, there are countless deaths by people doing stupid things like not paying attention around trains or trying to go around the gates and grade crossings. Trust me, the train will ALWAYS win.
