I just went crazy and my mom was next to me watching the show as well and she was wondering what got me so overexcited.

I'm all for Stefan and Elena (although I like Damon much a Stefan, it's just this "soulmate" thingie) but I've gotta admit.

This scene hold so much passion and in the beginning where they're not touching (eg.1:17) it's just.... I don't know how to say it but it's the the passion, attraction and the forbidden thing that makes this scene awesome and beautiful.

Stefan and Elena have had amazingly cute scenes but just, wow. I got the whole forbidden love, lust and want and when they finally hold hands, its like Elena is giving into everything she held back. Amazing scene.

In fact something TVD has always managed to do is use great music, I have heard so many songs that I hadn't heard before that i now really like, but this one is my favorite. This scene did two things: First showed Damon has his humanity in him still and showed how much he had developed since the first episode where he was just eveil. Second it was the first time that we saw that there might be something between these two at some time because you cannot really deny that they have chemistry here.
