Well when you lvl up one of the positions it takes aay that number of points. So if you have 375 and you lvl up to lvl 2, it takes away 200 points. So your left with 175 points. i would just get the 375 in all, don't bother lvling them up.

well, leveling is not needed, i am a lvl 5 healer but that was out of choice. if you dont care to lvl then just go for 375
