  • good vid bro! do you recommend do some cardio in morning empty stomach , lets say i workout monday ,wed, friday i would probably do 15 min of cardio after my weight training but thuesday and thursday i would do 30 min in the morning empty stomach ,just bcaa tho

    cardio in the morning is also a quick way to lose muscle mass
