i tend to only really bitch or get annoyed at bad spawns, luck shots, no regs, or anything related the the game fking me over. if someone kills me in a way that is them just being the better shot or whatever then i'll say nice shot and so on. i love a good game with good players that make me try. it's a war game death is part of it.

I think rage builds up, people can usually just laugh off stuff like random deaths but when it happens repeatedly or people have problems with connections etc it will build up over time and people just give up and either leave the game or shout abuse :L

The only time I really freak out or complain is when I get spawn killed continuously or when the other team has back to back chopper gunners or something but I don't really yell, I just quietly rage quick which is the way that all people should do if they must rage quit instead of cussing up a storm and then they end up being the host and then the game can't find a new host and it sends us back to the lobby. That's what really pisses me off.

i agree with what you said Chuck about when gamers reactions to getting killed. i had somebody break down into tears onto the mic, because he thought his 'Famas' was better than a shotgun at 3 feet away (after i killed him). why pay £35/$60 for a game which soul intention is to give people pleasure at playing, but they take a whole new direction into this 'serious' category. A lot of people will get mad and start rushing which leads to them dying more and more. Just play a bit more slowly, pick out a steady assault rifle and pop some heads. :)

I remember getting killed, 1 away from a nuke, and a guy just killed me fairly. I remember turning on my mic and just saying like a little girl "why would you do that, why?" In retrospect it was really funny how angry I got and how I just lost it. I didn't ever swear at him or call him a camper, I was just like why? I will yell at a guy during a game but after the game I will always apologize and say good game idk I just cant keep myself from getting angry.

What makes me freak out? Everytime i play, i get waaay into the game, and when i get killed after being like 1 kill left to get like chopper, i get mad. Other than that. I don't yell or rage on other people. I consider myself a better than average player. And if someone takes me down I respect that and compliment them for the good kill.

I get irritated when it's lagging so badly that it's like watching a slide-show of pictures or when the game disconnects cause of a rage quitter. It kinda kills your morale I suppose.

But ain't got the problem with Battlefield, You got quitters but it wont end cause its dedicated servers which is awesome :)

i used to rage alot playing that game, but i'd be roaring at myself out loud, i'd ever do it over the mic. but i'd be mostly angry at myself for being crap, or because my bullet registry was terrible. i.e - when you shoot point blank at someone and the bullets dont register. counter strike is known for bad hitboxes and ping issues.

actually, can you do a petition for xbox live to show your ping while you play. that'd be awesome :)
