if you're looking for a style like that, just look up some tutting and wave tutorials. combine those types of movements with hits, and practice in the mirror. when you learn to break down tutorial moves, you can break down the moves you see from others into basics like this one. practice in a mirror if you don't do anything else, because that's one of the best ways to get good at popping.
