@gowwe12 depends where you get your supplies and what you use. In this video i use cardboard, which you can get free out of someone elses garbage, latex paint i got at home depot , the reject cans that are $2 for a pint and $5 for a gallon, and a couple of good brushes will go a long way. Not so expensive. spraypainting is another story.

@NamoArts thats not a problem, just something everyone goes through. be original. bones has been used 5 million times. unless you plan on being another fly-by-night writer, or you plan on striving to be the "best", find something more original. dont worry too much about the letters cus once you develop skills, you can make any combo of letters look good.

@TheMeorgeGichael Join the club, and practice a lot. Practice slow, fast, different angles, try all kinds of alterations in your methods, and just keep at it. Try simple styles, try intricate styles. Mainly, try not to beat yourself up for not doing a perfect job.

I need some help! Whenever I try to use Acrylic paint for anything its either too streaky to make a solid line or it basically drags along most the paint and doesnt fill too well. Im using a flat tip so what am I doing wrong?

this is great for beginner painters to watch. good work. always use the white on one angle, or sometimes on both but a wider and more faded shine on one side. it gives your piece more depth and style

As i said in my video, imagine light is coming in on one side, BUT dont just do it because i said so, you can do it anywhere.

My method is to teach freedom, to get people out of the box. There are no SHOULDS, no way something HAS to be done, because that is not freeing.

If your letters DIDNT come out like crap as a beginner, i would assume you were an alien being. You just need tons of practice. Just dont give up, thats the best advice i ever got
