  • Records BLOWOUT - 10,000 records (LPs,45s,78s) @ $3 each (min. 25).

    Info. 212-579-0689 (m-f 9am to 12noon and 1pm to 3pm)

  • Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Bread, Xanadu, and Alan Parsons Project are all great to have. "I Robot" is my favourite. "Breakdown" "I Wouldn't Want To Be Like You" and "Don't Let it Show" are my 3 favourites from that one.

  • Hi skybitscom, Great collection and I've give you five stars. I've created a new video clip: "What Do You collect?". I want to bring lots of different collectors together. Please choose one of your favorite collectible/memorabilia related vids and post it as a response to my collecting video, thank you.

  • Led Zeppelin Album!!!!!!

  • For value, just check your records on eBay and see how much they go for. For example, the 1st one you show is offered ATM for $4.99.

  • OK. Thanks for your comments. I'll setup to show more LPs tonight. Actually I really do need to sell some of them. Laura

  • Please make more videos of your other records, I love listening to your descriptions. I wish more people would show their LPs on Youtube, I love to see other people's records.

You can stop worrying about warping. Only intense heat can warp a record. Excessive humidity can only cause sleeve & label damage and it takes a lot of humidity for that (like leaving them out in a shed or in an unheated garage for years).

  • Oh yeah! Never thought about it but the display of nice album covers really made those stores look nice. Now they have to find other ways to decorate, like posters, etc. Album covers was a nice business all it's own and very much missed.

    Laura

  • One thing that I miss when going into a music store these days (can they be called record stores, anymore?) is the display of all the cool album covers, like the Led Zeppelin album. Nice collection! -- Matt

  • Thanks Matt. Yeah I wonder about the 'record store' title anymore. The album covers really were something special.
