  • On Friday the 13th man

  • the boyfriend is so creepy

  • It's too bad she was cremated because maybe they could have figured something out after. Maybe it wasn't even her body.

  • Maybe I missed something....he has been dating this girl for several months and the last time he talks to her she has a cold. And a week later her decomposed body is found? He made no attempt to see or contact her in the week following the last phone call? And of course the coroners report is baffling.

  • I love the reason for the neighbor not getting involved, he was "scared". He wasn't the one getting tortured and killed. It was an apartment building, if they had done the right thing and called the cops, there would be no way for the murderer to know just which neighbor had called. They have some responsibility in her death. If they had called the cops, she may have still died, but at least they would of done SOMETHING.

  • This is very sad, Crystal died never fullfilling her dreams. Ah! the hairstyles of the 80's , thank God that's over.

  • the neighbors are a joke. Wow. Nice neighborhood. Everyone will remember your death throes but get involved? Bitch, please. Not the kid.

  • "oh someones being tortured? okay cool let's go back to bed" lol

  • my word that's bad they should have at least let them see the body. jeez!

  • John Parr @ 7:35

  • Whats wrong with those neighbors? They could have at least called the cops.

  • @blueridger28 I agree!! If they heard those sounds--call the police right away

  • Maybe crystal hurt someone else to put in her place maybe to start a whole new life and the only way out was to use a replacement instead of actually herself... just a thought

  • rip robert stack

  • These neighbors are monsters and should be shot.

  • So sad.

  • I can not believe they did not call the police!

  • the neighbors were definitely dumbasses!!

  • Why would he be afraid to get involved when it's the police who would be coming to stop the killer. All he had to do was pick up the phone, and if there's a killer loose nearby wouldn't he want the police to be around to ensure the killer doesn't come to his house.

  • the screams, they were so blood curdling eerie , it sounded like someone was being tortured,.. oh well lets just go back to sleep.

    worst neighbors ever.

  • Didn't Robert Stack died?...if he did do u know how?

  • @Midnightryder7 He died in 2003 from heart failure. He was 84 and had been battling cancer.

  • @MeliMe2 thank u

  • @Midnightryder7 You're welcome! :D

  • What a fucking idiot. I hope the douchebag is in a hit and run and no one stops to help.

As for the wife, take some fucking initiative bitch and pick up a damn phone on your own. Or do you need hubby to dail for you?

  • He heard screams and he didn't want to get involved!

    What a wimp.

  • How can this man live with knowing he 'did not want to get involved' and he let a woman die who might have been saved. How horrible. He should be ashamed, and I hope he never needs someone to help him!

  • the cops gangbanged her.

  • my 2 cents:

    1. she worked that night.

    2. had a customer that couldn't resist her.

    3. followed her home and was attacked.

  • @LS1Heli ya thats exactly what i was thinkin. some crazy customer of hers from the strip club

  • the friend is fuckin weird.

  • @maximrules

    not weird. drugs.

  • I really don't understand how you could hear blood curdling screams like that and NOT call the police. I mean Jesus!

  • Friday the 13th creepy

  • they didnt even call the police?! if i heard that, i would have torn down the wall to help her

  • I doubt it was her boyfriend... he looks too much like Mr. Rogers. Probably some perv followed her back from the club. Oh and her neighbors... assholes

  • @ andy2481 I was thinking the same thing maybe a cop did kill her. Those idiot neighbors didn't call the police! I wouldn't want them as my neighbors! Good for nothing.

  • I dont know why some people think the boyfriend had something to do with it. I dont think that at all ... clearly he was hurt. She must have brought someone back with her from the strip club and got out of hand I guess. The neighbours should have called the police and the police reports dont add up. Did a cop kill her?

  • shocking stuff, that's not a man, you hear a woman scream like she is being tortured and you don't go to help. I actually stayed in Hollywood once to meet my wife for the 1st time (I'm from the UK) we stayed in a hotel and one night we were woken to a woman screaming, i woke up and first thing i did was jump out of bed and put my jeans on, i was still half asleep, my wife had to stop me going out there and said its not England they might have guns, my heart was pounding, we called the police.

  • It's kinda scary how much the actress looks like the real Krystal.

  • Ugh, so the neighbors heard but didn't call the cops? Idiots.

  • check it out. Cops go to strip clubs. Cop gets angry. Cops dont show up until a week later. Cops do a half ass investigation.

  • sounds of torture and nobody broke into the house to save someone life? They clearly said it sounds like somebody is getting tortured. Fuck The World. All this means is if that happened to me and my neighbors heard me dying of slow torture they wouldnt have my back.

  • cohen u ugly jew

  • Dump this guy. He is a coward and loser for not letting his girlfriend call the police. Think what it would mean if she is in trouble? He'd probably run for his life.

  • Discrepencies in weight and height? That smells like bullshit to me.

    Somebody bumped her off.

Of course, Crystal was just a stripper so nobody except maybe her friends and this boyfriend care or cared.

If you work on the wrong side of town, nobody cares if you get worked over.

  • It beggars belief that the neighbours could listen to someone in extreme distress and choose to do nothing about it. It defies normal human behaviour imo.

  • @outfromtheshadows I lived in LA twice and I will probably go back at some point and Iam not surprised. If you are smart you mind your own business living in huge cities like LA.. However, in this case these people could have called the cops and had them check out Crystal's apartment. The fact that they didnt even do this simple act means they knew something. "No experience with the sounds" "Blood curdling" Doesnt that mean its time to call the cops? Very suspicious.

  • Sad that she thought she was "Hollywood" material. I'm not being mean. There are just certain truths in life. But she was "white" so you never know. All you need to do is be white & thin & you're "beautiful" in spite of having the face of a frog or a foot.

  • @Aditi000 I thought so too...I mean she isn't terrible looking but I don't think she ever would have made it. As far as being white goes, I wouldn't say that's necessarily true, although the media is dominated by white women. I know lots of white girls who are thin but they still aren't hollwood material.

  • worst neighbors ever.. fucking retards

  • Sad story, but I think she was defintily murdered. Too many unanswered questions. Those neighbors should've called the police right away, they could've saved her.

  • Goddamn those two neighbours...I really hate stupid people...with stupid hairdos.

  • @KellyGreen5555

i think people who are witnesses to a crime like this and DONT call the police should be PROSECUTED. just like people who withhold info to the police, this is a crime.

  • Anton Kline looks like Dan Castellaneta, the voice of Homer Simpson

  • The family did a horrible mistake in cremating her. They should have buried her instead because the family has no way of a second opinion concerning an autopsy or doing back for evidence with the body. Many scientific methods are now availble that where not in 1988.

  • God Susan was a bomb shell! Classic 80's hottie!

  • So...strippers can't like art?

  • I don't trust that Patti Jo!

    Also SHITEST. NEIGHBOURS. EVER!

  • how high his is the girls friend?

  • Wow, I'm amazed that the bystanders had the guts to go on camea and say "We heard someone being tortured, and we didn't even call 911." I mean, just call for help. If it tuns out to be nothing, then what a relief - but if it's something, can you live with the fact that you just stood there and listened to someone dying horribly? I mean, HELLO. 911 calls are confidential. It's not like the bad guy is gonna know.

  • @TypeANegative A lot of people forget that 911 calls are confidential. I'm not saying I excuse the people who just let this go, but plenty of people freeze up in scenarios like this because you don't expect to hear a woman being tortured. I was the victim of a crime in my building about 8 months ago, and the girls in the rooms around me heard the commotion and my crying out, and yet none of them called 911. They were mad at themselves after, but they didnt make the call out of extreme fear

  • @pastelliazzurro u were attacked? wow did u fight back? was the creep ever caught

  • @kisha1682 I did fight back, although I was attacked by two guys that were much larger than me. I went right to the police afterwards, and the guys were apprehended. I actually knew both of them.

  • @pastelliazzurro wow u r amazing. just to have the guts to stand say, u can't do this to me and I'm not going to let u get away with this. I wish other women or men have this kind of courage. Your story has inspired me. To even think that two people u knew and may have trusted u could even harm u is awlful. Well, I'm glad that they are paying for this thing.Going to inbox u cause I think you're awesome to share your story with us. hope u don't mind :)

  • Why does Anton remind me of David Byren, of "The Talking Heads"?

  • The host of this show always creeped me out a lot more than the show itself.

  • Jet Taylor is a moron

  • umm dont blame the neighbors its not their fucking fault they are normal people who kept to themselves she was a stripper there alot of people out there so dont blame the wrong people youtubers

  • @ezequiel798 So because she's a stripper, she deserves to be tortured and murdered? Her neighbors are fucking self-centered retards. I hope that if they're ever cornered by a psychopath, the same thing doesn't happen to them.

  • @jewelofsaturn no not at all i mean a stripper can have enemies a vicious bouncer or someone else strippers or whores have the highest chance of being killed society doesnt like them publically its life

  • Serial killers are praying that these neighbors become their neighbors.

  • How come they didn't interview some people from the club she worked at? Guess the cops didn't want to find out the truth.....This case is scary poor woman only when Anton talks about what he read in the autopsy report it gets kinda creepy, it reminds me of that case about Tommy Burkett that case too is kinda creepy. R.I.P. Crystal hopefully one day justice will be served.

  • @shellygrrl aww dat sux but ok lol

  • I never understood how people can hear something obviously wrong but don't even call the police because "they don't want to get involved." They could have possibly saved that woman's life but failed to do so because they wouldn't call the police. This is some society we have to not give a damn enough to give a simple to call to the police to try to help someone in need.

  • @thelastdragon18 Usually, it's not about people not caring; infact, there are lots of instances where a crime occurs and there are plenty of witnesses but nobody motions to do anything. It's called the bystander effect. The common denominator in scenarios like these are the concern felt by the witnesses, and yet they don't call 911 or attempt to intervene because they feel that someone else will. Sadly, in many cases nobody ever does, and then you've got victims like Crystal.

  • @thelastdragon18 It happens time and time again.

  • @thelastdragon18 I think it's called the Kitty Genovese syndrome.

  • @thelastdragon18 Even though I agree, I would be soo scared that I too would probably do nothing. Coward, yes. It would take a grand grace to call the police.

  • @thelastdragon18 It takes people to realize this like you have and 53 others because we needs to create the domino effect... we need to care about others and just do the right thing for others friends, family and strangers alike and together united we can create a future that we will be proud of and for our children

  • Does this show still's come come on?

  • @Jskills4ever *nods* only reformatted (yet again), with dennis farina hosting.

  • i wonder how much the men were paid to play men in attendence at the stripclub in this scene. they only had to say ohhh, wow, ahhh, hey lol

  • People in the U.S. have become so soft. We are always scared to get involved. Remember Jesus' 2nd commandment. Love they neighbor as they self!

  • lollll her boyfriend looks like my dad haha creepy,,

  • "It was so blood curdling and eering" but yo ass didnt call the police????? smh @U fools!!!

  • "Maybe if we wait, the screaming will go away. Yeh, THAAAAT'S it."

What a wuss! "I didn't want to get involved." Give me a break!

  • You heard all that: A screaming fest that you likened to torture and you didn't call the police? WOW!!! FAIL!!!!

  • I'm curious if there was someone who frequented the topless bar that her other coworkers knew about that showed a lot of interest in Crystal before her death? Maybe even the individual that offered Crystal the supposed job in the orient could be a possible suspect.

  • i hate this story...these people should be charged.

  • "For fear of what I heard, I didn't call the police." That make since to anybody else? Jeez you here woman screaming, all you have to do is call 911. You can be anonymous if you want. It's not like the perpetrator will know you're calling the police. But know you don't call the police, not even days later, and she isn't found until a week later. Pathetic. For a person who feared what he heard, he sure didn't mind going on Unsolved Mysteries to talk about it. Just terrible.

  • @msking322 yeah, i know what you're saying. did you smell the fish too?

  • Call me crazy, but I think there should be legal consequences for a neighbour hearing sounds of "torture" and not calling for help. WTF?!

  • @queenredspecial In some countries, yes. In the US unfortunately no. I remembered when I lived in France and a woman was gang raped in public. The police not only charged the rapists but everyone that was there and did not call the police. They were charged as accomplices to rape.

  • @dolcemaddalena Good for France. I think that in the US if it's proven you overhear a crime but don't contact police, you should be charged with negligence.

  • @queenredspecial

I think so too. This woman could just *possibly* have been SAVED if her neighbors had done the simple act of picking up the phone and alerting the police to criminal activity. It's a tragedy that too many people take the attitude of "I don't want to get involved' during these occurrences, while meanwhile, someone living right next door to them could be dying.

  • @RETROGEMS I really can't believe it, it's crazy. It's not like they had to go up there and confront the man. Just a simple 911 call. I don't know how they can live with themselves now.

  • The boyfriend doesn't seem guilty to me... I don't think he did it. But this story is really messed up.

  • First of all, the neighbors here are incredibly culpable here.

All they needed to do was call the cops and report the noise problem.

Second, the state of her body upon discovery was highly suspicious-nude from the waist down. Iam not an expert but I don't think most women go to bed bottoms off.

Third, the reported duration of the screams eminating from her apartments lead one to conclude she was hurt or tortured before expiration.

    Clearl, this woman was murdered.

  • I know some strippers escort on the side. Others are stalked. Some of them sleep with the customers because they're users of people like take me here buy me this. You can't really trust no stripper. Also some chicks who want to be actresses end up becoming call girls, strippers, etc... Alot of them give up. If they stay in LA they might get a job in the entertainment business as something other than an actress. Others just move back home to their small town.

  • @PhillyLucky7 You raise a good point. I have had guys tell me "Never get involved with strippers" and "never get involved in a relationship with one". In fact, one or two of them emphatically urged me to never get involved with them.

    I never have.

  • For some reason I have always believed the Boyfriend, though it does seem like he wouldn't be Crystal's type. I think more likely is someone at the strip club got her. It's very possible that she was seeing other people.

  • wow they "heard" all of that and didnt call the police??? then they go on tv for face time....smh...also the boyfriend sounds like he's reading a script...

  • @msking322 ....real talk. You cant even go downstairs to see whats up? You dont have to snitch and get on the horn to police, yet.....but just be like, ey' we concerned about the noises. If ya'll fuckin real tough, all good, but it sounds like somebody is being hurt. Just want to make sure everything is ok. Thats some bitch ass people right there. Of course, the didnt want to help save someone's life. But being on national tv, for unsolved mysteries? They ready for that...selfish bastids.

  • @msking322 There is no reason to suspect the boyfriend. his voice being monotonous doesn't make him guilty of her murder does it? I thought the girls friend sounded a lot stranger than he did, but I doubt she had anything to do with the crime either.

  • Maybe one of her clients from the strip club followed her home..to save sex with her ? or to rape her? she let him in and then he killed her? RIP. its the worst not knowing. :(
