I have a catahoula pit mix. Best dog I've ever had. =) Got him from our shelter and they were going to kill him because they thought he was a pit, but I did the research and saved him.
i have a catahoula too! she's absolutely lovely, and the best tempered dog ive ever known. we got her from a rescue place, and we were told initially that she was an australian shepherd/ black lab. but she sure is a catahoula! yours are darling!!!
Haha I got my 2 year old Catahoula from a private rescue shelter in FL and I was also told he was an Australian Shepherd mix. lol Awesome dogs though nonetheless...
yes, they are my little babies. This was the first night we brought them home. They are now 14 months old, and full grown. Brindle and Ginger. 54 and 45 lbs. Still as beautiful as ever.
Ya i just got a catahoula myself, he's so adorable. he's just a puppy and im looking forward to training him.

That's messed up. Nobody should kill ANY dog because of the breed.
