so a couple years ago i pressed send twice on my phone, expecting to talk to my girlfriend. I hear back "Hi this is Frank Cousins of the Essex County Sherriffs Office, press 1 for blah 2 for blah...." and i look at the phone its a random number... now is that proof of a phone tap or what? oh yeah and theyre reading this too.. but what can ya do?..btw if someones paranoid enough to be watching this and feel they hear the clicking, echoing, etc, dont dismiss their claims its not tapped.patriot act

@nationofperculation I know from personal experience (I don't wish to elaborate) my cell phone was tapped. I noticed my battery would drain faster than normal and it was hot all the time. Couple weeks into it, the feds were waiting for me in my driveway to ask me some questions (by that I mean intimidate, threaten and blackmail). And LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!!! If you think a spy app on a tapped phone will broadcast all audio, you're wrong. It only activates when noise is detected, & it timestamps everything. If it cannot detect a human voice, it will not record, so if you hit the club, it will not record the distorted crap from the club that doesn't sound like audible human speech (unless they tell it to). I have programmed cells, and I have repaired them for NatCom, Motorola, Kyocera, Samsung, & HTC. I have background.

I do feel the need to point this out (and when I prove it to people, they get all mad cause I'm right, and it scares them). All the telephone network is linked by digital links. This means nothing but 1's and 0's, just data only. The thing about digital data is, I can send that data to multiple destinations, meaning when I listen to your calls, you have no clue, no echo, clicks, static, none of that, telling you I'm even there. Here is the truth: about #1, batt temp, idle and hot = recently charged, in pocket against leg, or in an area where your phone xmitter is working harder to reach the tower. #2, not staying charged - phone has an app on it that has a memory leak, or cpu leak, and is draining batt.

BOTTOM LINE!!!! CHECK YOUR MANUFACTURERS BATTERY TIME SPECS FOR TOTAL TALK TIME. IF YOU ARE GETTING BATTERY LIFE THAT IS PAR WITH "TOTAL TALK TIME" specs of your phone, then MAYBE ur bugged.
