  • lol TOO FAST! no rythym at all!

  • to all "masters" there are also patterns that have break rythm. they follow fast snapping and then slow movements...

the most impressive of this clip is th firm perfect stances and the balance of the talented guy;..

thumps up..slow or fast to some...

  • For all of you who think that the poomse was performed to fast, you are aware that there is more than one way to do a form, right? Any form can be done slow and like Tai Chi or it can be done as fast and snappy as possible, as demonstrated here. There is also a middle speed where most people learn their forms. Most however, are incapable of expanding their mindset and physical abilities to anything other than what they are shown. This gentelman is very talented.

  • perfect! just the way poomse should be..

  • good technic, but too fast.

  • Thank you, i was a bit unsure but know i know it ;D

  • this for is supposed to be performed slow. too fast

  • this video was made in 2004 or 2005, long time before the unification of the technique !

  • umm actually you would be right on that....but it really doesnt necessarily matter...only because he actually did the moves the right way, with an excellent technique. also,he has an impressisve backick..mainly because of the snap and extention.

  • Good performance. Hand tech.'s good, leg's could be better if not trying to hold for too long (just my oppinion)
