I bought some MP3s during the Black Friday sale.

The one I've been listening to most is the Hypnotic Power Nap. On two occasions that I've listened to it and gone for a sleep after I've had weird dreams. =o Maybe it is because my imagination is kick started during the suggestion process.

I'm not saying this is a bad thing - I just find it rather curious.

I wanted to ask, do you have a recording that is geared towards shy people? Not just in public speaking, but in general? Thanks. :D

@Solarfactor Hey there! Yes, definitely it has to do with hypnosis really fires up that imagination before you go to sleep or nap. I've had weird thing happen myself. It's nothing to be worried about though. Anyway ... look up the term "Overcome Social Shyness" on my site (can't post urls here) and you'll see the MP3 you're looking for for your shyness. Also, I feel that "Attract Friendship" is very helpful for that as well. Also, Be Hilariously Funny helps you come out of your shell too.
