well, i wont criticize the film quality. but, i dont think your video captures the meaning of the song. the song is about unity of relationship, not absolute unity in an eastern sense. the song expresses sort of a disharmony that exists amid a committed relationship of love.

Good lyricists and song writers have the ability to write lyrics and create songs that can transcend their literal meaning. Saying that a song is constrained in such a way is like saying that Moby-Dick is just a story about a guy chasing a whale. If this song means something broader to someone, good for them.

my point is is that this is communicating something different than we see in eastern religions. im simply trying to stay in line with the artists lyrics instead of changing their intended meaning. its one thing to say moby dick is just about a guy chasing a whale, its another to say that the whale jumped out on land and started chasing him!

Great song, but don't give up your day job. Maybe you could try taking a film class. I appreciate the effort and images you picked , but try a few more effects in your editing and varying the length of the cuts to compliment the music.
