If memory serves me well, I last saw this exact video on TV. It was some kind of chatroom/advertising channel where you can send messages via your mobile phone and have it broadcast on TV. It was kinda like a live, streaming mobile phone chatroom/advertising channel. Every 15/30 minutes or so, they would air this video and make it fullscreen. I remember watching this while I was still in primary school. I didn't know the title of the song because I was still a little kid but I loved it.
