I agree. Training at a church might not be the best alternative. The worst thing would be if parkour/freerunning became as skateboarding.. therefore its important to take responsibility.

@UrbanSomething Just progress reeaaaally slow, sorry for my bad english. David belle is the living proof. He has been training for such a long time, and made some ridiculously high jumps, but is still in perfect condition. He progressed really slow by just not jumping off high things. I THINK: You don't need to condition and train the power in your legs, just by training parkour in a very intelligent way, you will get very strong. I had pain in my legs like 3 years ago, now it's all gone
