From the videos of hard and expert, the only things that are exactly the same are the Chorus areas. That should provide an extra push in expert, but hard is extremely easy compared to expert, from the videos.

And the solo? Hard's solo is laughable compared to Expert.

I'm not saying I can do this. I would absolutely fail in the beginning on the expert solo, because I cannot do the sliding. I can watch it, but I cannot do it, yet. I would need Hyperspeed for that.

The only reason you don't hear the Star Power sound is because eXcelon969 turn down the SFX Music to 0. Meaning you don't hear the audience, the star power sound, or the annoying sound you get when you time a note wrong.

Ok, please explain to me what this MASSIVE difference between a -1 and a FC is that's completely insurmountable by even the greatest GH players. The note that he missed wasn't even one of the hard parts, it was some arbitrary note at the start of one of the solo sections that he NEVER misses.

It also applies to star power, if your star power runs out in the middle of a hold note when you could squeeze more, that can also be called missing ticks.
