if your playing on a ps1/ps2 you need a gameshark for the hacked matches but if your playing on an emulator you'll need the psx emulation cheater plugin for it

it's a modded ps1 game. In this video I'm playing it on an emulator for computer. But you could burn it to a disc and use a swap method to play it on a ps1
