all you have to do this only works on pin and letters not pattern but just slide down the status bar for music press it it will take you to music press home then your in then go to location and security then turn it if thats it i may make a on mine when i get the chance subscribe!

my friends did this to my phone, luckly i only use 4 different passwords for everything so i could get back into mine, its stupid you are forced to get a gmail account for your phone and not have to use it at all, but have it mean so much when something like this happens plus it has to be at least 8 characters long that doesnt help either

Besides you can usually phone your phone provider to allow you to unlock your phone, I think.
