Incandescent light bulbs, like all sources of light (including the sun), have negative health impacts.
If you want to avoid negative health impacts from light (artificial or natural), live in the dark - however that will pose other health problems.

dont use the new "energy efficient" bulbs. they emit nasty amounts of electromagnetic SMOG which is quite the opposite of green energy
