I just pick them out with a pair of tweezers. I get them on my neck a lot and just pick the hair out of the skin. Works every time.

@clap5 Yes, it is very expensive. But it also depends on where you live, your hair and skin typ [I'm not too sure about the skin type] and how much hair you want to remove.
