Honey does sulfate makes hair fall ?

Right now am using the Tresemme shampoo ! It has sulfate in it.. and i'm losing loads of hair :'( ...

@SexAppealBrunette18 I am not sure if sulfates cause hair to fall from the root but I know that they can dry the hair making it brittle, especially if you wash it everyday. When the hair id dry and brittle it breaks much easier and will fall off in the shower or when you are brushing it etc. You need to examine the hair that is falling out. Look at the strand. If it has a little white tip (very small) then it's falling out from the root and the white tip is called the bulb.

@SexAppealBrunette18 If there is no bulb, then the hair hair probably breaking. If it's falling from the root I suggest you see your dermatologist and they can do some tests. If it's breaking, then I suggest NOT washing it everyday. Try washing it 1-2 times a week. Also, try to stop blowdrying your hair. Let it dry naturally. Taking omega 3 supplements and eating salmon or tuna 1-3 times a week helps too. Be really gentle with your hair. Sleep on a satin or silk pillow case.

@SexAppealBrunette18 I use a satin pillow case AND a satin sleep cap. It makes me look like an old lady but I don't care. The integrity of my hair is more important. Also, I do a coconut oil treatment at least 1 a month. I just get coconut oil and warm it til it melts and put it in my hair for a few hours then wash it out. It helps get your hair stronger, shinier, and softer. Also, I use lots of conditioner in the shower. Furthermore, I try to cover my hair with a hat if outside.

@SexAppealBrunette18 Another tip I have is to not use those hair ties that have the little metal thing on them. They tend to rip the hair a lot. Use the softest hair tie that will hold your hair in a ponytail or bun. Sorry for the long a** response lol :p
