Yeah, I saw that interview too. Neil was just trying to make Ron say something on national TV that he would regret. Ron answered all of his questions honestly and Neil seemed a little frustrated because of it. IMHO, Ron is the most consistent and honest politician I have ever known. If you want proof of his consistency, just read his various essays published throughout the Internet, and here is a youtube interview from 1988. watch?v=anmlPvmd1Ew. He has been consistent for at least two decades.

I've been thinking a lot lately, as I listen to Lone Lantern Radio podcasts with a lot of Pokerface bumper music, about how perfect this timing is. Ron Paul is old enough to be ready to die for his country now if necessary, but still young enough to have a vigorous and powerful charisma. Very cool, but please keep in mind the next Prez doesn't take over until Jan '09, or when the North American Union could mess up elections. We have to use Dr. Paul's candidacy to push the "real" politics he's discussed for 30 years into the mainstream to get "real" change.
