personally I suspect that the safer way to absorb H2O2 is by scrubbing open your pores with a scrub brush during a shower, and then turning off the water and spraying your body with a diluted mixture of food grade solution... and then wait like 15-20 minutes before you dry yourself off with a towel...

taking this route is probably a more time consuming pain in the ass than drinking it but I bet that is the safer way to do it

Just a little helpful info for your listeners. This can be purchases at almost any Health food store. The Brand I use is OXY-TECH hydrogen peroxide food grade 35%. A 16oz. bottle is about $17.00 and will go a very long way. I am at day 19 and finally at the maximum dose. 25 drops in an 8oz glass of water 3 x a day. Now I can start lowering my doses till I am back down to the maintenance level. Maintenance is 3 drops in an 8 oz glass 3 x a day. Following the directions is very important.

Learn as much about it as you can. It really is worth it. I have never felt better.

@eatmoreraw Hi Stuart. It went really good. After I finished the treatment I started to inhale it a couple times a day with a nebulizer instead of drinking the maintenance dose. It cured my sinus problems and I have so much energy. I sleep much better at night also and a few other things improved. Years of antibiotics is really bad. The H202 will help a lot. Something else that I once used for candida was called Three Lac Probiotic. Google it. It worked excellent for me.
