I have to say I was disappointed when I heard that MH3 was coming for the Wii.
So, as a lifelong Monster Hunter Fan, I bought the console and was disappointed again becuz the colors were bullshit and I could count the pixels on my HD Tv.
But after getting over the fact that my all time special game is not going to look any better just because I bitch about it,I stopped complaining and I have to say

Buying a Wii is by far the most retarded thing anyone could ever do. Razortwinky is 100% correct, Wii's do have complete shit graphics. If I gave Michael J. Fox a carrot, told him to use it as a paintbrush, with the paint being a mix of his own feces and urine, his twitches would make better graphics then any Wii game. Third, Nintendo may pump out fun games, but they are relying solely on their successful titles from way back when. They need to come up with some new shit.
So, graphics DO matter. The Wii has games that suit it, but its more of a family mini game console. Why pay 200$ when we have tons of flash game sites. And you citing a bunch of 2 dimensional sidescrolling games just makes the Wii graphics even worse. Yes it's a gaming console but it's worth about 20 bucks in hardware.
Firstly, the Wii actually DOES have shitty graphics. No, graphics are NOT forgettable. Ever played Crysis? Everything looks incredibly real. How do you expect me to feel immersed when I feel like I'm playing a potato?
Secondly, I have yet to find any voice acting. I play zelda and everyone talks like they are on LSD and cocaine. Nobody wants to listen to what sounds like two birds giving each other a hand job.

It does have shit graphics, Fact!. I plugged my wii into my 52" tv and was horrified. Wii games however have some lovely graphics, you just need to run them on Dolphin in 1080 or higher.

@xboxmodder02 The Wii is about 4x more powerful than the Xbox1. The Xbox1's CPU does have 4 more MHz than the Wii's CPU but that's probably the only tech thing the Xbox1 does a bit better. Halo 2 could run on the Wii but I don't think that would happen cuz the game is published by Microsoft.

I don't see the big deal behind HD when most developers just make FPSs or use colors like brown and gray to make games and quite frankly, it's happening so often now I'm about ready to say all three consoles' graphics suck. If it weren't for the occasional exception, I wouldn't have shown interest in a 360.

I'm not a fanboy of any console I just like playing :) I love my Wii, It has a lot of very artistic games. It has better games than any of the XBOX360, PS3 or PC but ofcurse if it had more graphic capability atleast the game producers would bet much more on the Wii. It's crazy how much Lazy Ports they make for Wii just look at Dead rising or Dirt 2 xD ahahaha what a joke. in the other hand, Black Ops and Tomb Raiders are really good Ports. But wat really shines are the exclusives

I have all those games. That Resident Evil Darkside chronicles almost looks like RE5. I'm glad said Spyborgs. Great looking game and underrated too. Sengoku Basara 3 for the Wii looks great too. I thought the last two Call of Duty games looked good too. I don't know if you said Tatsunoko vs Capcom, but is a good looking game too. Epic Mickey looks great too. I could go on too, but you said most of the great looking games for the Wii.

Great video! The Wii has indeed some stunning looking games, and I personally think it has the best gameplay experience of this generation. I'm currently playing Red steel 2 and I'm having a blast. The motion controls make it so fun and enjoyable and you'll getting a real work out too, hehe.. Definately the best-looking cel-shading game of this generation, it just looks amazing.

Respect! Right now people are complaining about Skyward Sword's graphics because they're not "realistic" and that makes me so angry because Zelda has never been realistic. It has always been cartoony. The wii rules and Skyward Sword is going to be the best Wii game ever along with Mario Galaxy 2. Forget all of these pathetic Call of Duty and Halo games. They have nothing on Mario and Zelda.

Wii has alright graphics. But what bugs me is the lack of anti-aliasing. So many fucking jagged edges in Super Mario Galaxy 2. The Wii's graphics chip is 1.5x faster than the GameCube's I believe.
Wii doesnt have "shit" graphics it has inferior graphics to the consoles on the market today... I personally have a wii and its gathering dust the online is terrible when comparing to psn or xbox live. Playing japanese rpgs yet another mario,sonic,kirby,zelda,metroid games brings me to tears.. considering i was playing those titles back in the early 90's they dont appeal to me. I hacked mine with the homebrew channel i refuse to pay for the games.. i use it as a form of playing media now lol..

@gamereviewsss Great video mate. The wii has brilliantly acceptable graphics. Metroid prime corruption is stunning and with the Wii controlls it makes it an amazing game. These people who say the Wii is crap are pathetic little kids new to gaming. I'm 25 and the Wii is my fave console because of the controlls. Playing Goldeneye, Red Steel 2, The Conduit and Metroid Corruption are incredible with Wii controlls and the graphics are Beautifull. The Wii is the best!

To be Honest I think Metroid Corruption's graphics stun me more than anything on my brothers ps3 and I'm not joking. Artwork and style is way more impressive than unimaginative, realistic graphics.

I am a PC fanboy. These are facts and opinions i have personally observed, and I am trying to avoid any bias:
Nintendo generally is able to pump out fun games, personally I enjoyed games like MadWorld and Twilight Princess.
The problem is, I have yet to see a substantial and deep wii game. I dont feel very immersed for a few reasons.

@xboxmodder02 The Wii is about 4x more powerful than the Xbox1. The Xbox1's CPU does have 4 more MHz than the Wii's CPU but that's probably the only tech thing the Xbox1 does a bit better. Halo 2 could run on the Wii but I don't think that would happen cuz the game is published by Microsoft.

I'm not a fanboy of any console I just like playing :) I love my Wii, It has a lot of very artistic games. It has better games than any of the XBOX360, PS3 or PC but ofcurse if it had more graphic capability atleast the game producers would bet much more on the Wii. It's crazy how much Lazy Ports they make for Wii just look at Dead rising or Dirt 2 xD ahahaha what a joke. in the other hand, Black Ops and Tomb Raiders are really good Ports. I have all those games. That Resident Evil Darkside chronicles almost looks like RE5. I'm glad said Spyborgs. Great looking game and underrated too. Sengoku Basara 3 for the Wii looks great too. I thought the last two Call of Duty games looked good too. I don't know if you said Tatsunoko vs Capcom, but is a good looking game too. Epic Mickey looks great too. I could go on too, but you said most of the great looking games for the Wii.

Great video! The Wii has indeed some stunning looking games, and I personally think it has the best gameplay experience of this generation. I'm currently playing Red steel 2 and I'm having a blast. The motion controls make it so fun and enjoyable and you'll getting a real work out too, hehe.. Definately the best-looking cel-shading game of this generation, it just looks amazing.

Respect! Right now people are complaining about Skyward Sword's graphics because they're not "realistic" and that makes me so angry because Zelda has never been realistic. Wii has alright graphics. But what bugs me is the lack of anti-aliasing. So many fucking jagged edges in Super Mario Galaxy 2. The Wii's graphics chip is 1.5x faster than the GameCube's I believe.

Wii doesnt have "shit" graphics it has inferior graphics to the consoles on the market today... I personally have a wii and its gathering dust the online is terrible when comparing to psn or xbox live. Playing japanese rpgs yet another mario,sonic,kirby,zelda,metroid games brings me to tears.. considering i was playing those titles back in the early 90's they dont appeal to me. I hacked mine with the homebrew channel i refuse to pay for the games.. i use it as a form of playing media now lol..

@gamereviewsss Great video mate. The wii has brilliantly acceptable graphics. Metroid prime corruption is stunning and with the Wii controlls it makes it an amazing game. These people who say the Wii is crap are pathetic little kids new to gaming. I'm 25 and the Wii is my fave console because of the controlls. Playing Goldeneye, Red Steel 2, The Conduit and Metroid Corruption are incredible with Wii controlls and the graphics are Beautifull. The Wii is the best!

@TheDamnedgaming Silent hill, no more heroes 1 and 2. I wouldnt let my 10 years old brother play those games. If you dont know a thing about games or you didnt watch the whole video just shutup.

Sega made the mistake of making 06's graphics around realism. A running blue hedgehog with a huge head and gloves would be fine as a style, but realism? Why are the sonicfags still arguing about this?
