The irony is that the vast majority of republican voters have incomes less than 50k per year & they are precisely the people who are being screwed by the oligarchy that runs this country. This isn't a party race. The state Democrats will always control the legislature.

Rossi won the first few counts last time because of the independent voters across the state. Gregoire won the last counts after a court order and a few hundred votes from King County.

They want you to listen to what they say, not look at what they do. As soon as Democrats get into power the word "Change" will be lost from their vocabulary.

They love to harp on President Bush's low approval ratings but they fail to mention that the Democratic controlled Congress approval ratings are even lower (some of the lowest ratings ever).
