Not good stuff, anyone following this guys advice will get killed. People don't go down that easy, and even if they do end up in this position, anyone with two legs can just roll forwards ( or better yet do a granby roll) and stand right back up, or worse, reverse positions and end up on top of you! If ya'll wanna learn how to defend yourself, join the wrestling team at school or take judo/juijitsu classes, but don't do this.
