Just a note, I am a Live Radio DJ on a local station. We run a phone in voting show, this song is our current Champion, and is holding on for a 3rd nightly win.
Yes, it has been slowed to point out the words.
Funny, and yes, do appreciate the fact that he took the time to right, and perform it.
BTW, the phone in show I run, highlights HIP HOP and dance..... and this song has beat all challengers.....

It's great how John can re-arrange the song tempos on all of his songs. I like the slowed down take on this version of code monkey. It makes the song even more poignant. Thanks John. And thanks pbzag6 for posting it.

Yeah, that's were I first heard the song. I prefer the song at it's original speed, but everytime you hear him do it live, it's alwasy melowed down.
