There's 3 more deaths I remember as a kid playing this, one when you load your gun and type fire while you have it holstered and you blow your foot off.

The other is if you lose all your money playing poker.

Finally, in the last part, if you radio for help AFTER you walk into bain's hotelroom, you get killed just as your backup shows up and shoots Baines. It says you die in the line of duty.

@TehEPICD00D Hmm, I guess "fatal" isn't an accurate word to use. It probably would get him fired, though, and since you have to stay on the force in order to complete the game you might as well be dead.

I wonder if there was the saying in the second briefing in which it says (Sgt. Dooley cans your butt on the spot hissing, "Bonds, you're FIRED for insurbordination.") The video is kinda funny though. You can also 'die' by ordering a drink at the bar (while on-duty) and by running a red light (unless you have your siren on).

While it's not 'deadly', you can try to have sex with the other man in the shower, or use the restroom in the coffee shop. You can also 'look' at many things throughout the game and 'talk' to people, often with a humorous response.

"other observations," obstructing the Sergeant's car when he need to investigate the crash.

My thoughts exactly; this was one of the first games I'd bought for my Tandy Coco, and within 2-minutes of playing it for the first time I realized what a mistake I'd made: I DIED in a car accident because I failed to inspect the tires on the police-cruiser before departing the PD parking-lot. I'm STILL ashamed for buying it.
