And to answer your question. There aint many games with the mini map built into the main game screeen kid. It doesnt sound like much but I find it incredibly useful. Also the maps are HUGE, units are the right scale from each other, the game allows you to use 2 monitors to manage 2 areas at a time and... do I really need to go on?
ive played the beta and its pretty awsome how you can have hundreds of units blowing each other up....and automate it at the same time...just hope it doesnt lag as much as the beta does

Well, the beta version takesup about 2gb of space on your computer 11 gb for the full version, and he may not be running the game at highest settings, and poor quality in the movire. No sound=very bad.
you will need a relatively high spec machine to run the game. 1v1 with a 250unit cap is nothing for a medium powered PC to handle, but 8 players plus a 1000 unit cap and you need about 4 high spec computers working in tandom to be able to get a decent framerate.
And this isnt even against AI which increases computing power by 100 fold.
Thats why my game runs EXACTLY like yours. Same video card. We need better video cards than this. Must admit, after adding too much details slows the game alot.
Call me gay but this is why I play on the 360. No lag.

I like setting waypoints and coordinated attacks
(example: making bombers go around an island base to the back, waiting for your forces to reach the base, then striking from both sides)
