why don't they leave them alone? Quarantine for what. The vet looks like he needs to be quarantined. The poor guy is happy with is goose and its like the authorities have to torture people all the time. Dominic should be allowed to go to visit every day so as not to distress the two of them. They are probably experimenting on the goose to see why hes so smart.

I agree that Mario should be allowed to see "Marie" more than twice a week! That's just not fair to either one of them. They obviously have a bond, who are we to deny that?  And why is Marie in such a small pool and in quarantine? Without any other geese around? That's just cruel.

Something similar happened in 1994 when I was living near Mountain Lake Park in San Francisco. I was in the park and a man was playing a guitar on a small rock. Myrtle, the Canadian Goose waddled to him. When Myrtle reached the man she began gently flapping and honking along to his music. It was quite a sight! Myrtle began going to his flat near the park and honking for him, and even crossed the road to the store to see if he was there. The man moved from the embarrassment. Myrtle was a he too!

I really hope this guy is able to embrace Maria as "Mario". Let's face it....for some people gender affects their feelings. Being public doesn't help for those with strong male/female understandings (it is a given that many will make this a "gay" issue). I believe this may change something in himself for his goose. which is sad since he obviously gets as much from the relationship as he does.  I hope they can be there for each other for years to come. I love their story!

They should let Dominic and Maria/Mario see each other more than just twice a week! Every day would be good, or five times a week. I hope Maria/Mario is doing well. Truly a story showing love has no boundaries.
