The fact that everyone talks about the gender issue suggests to me that they feel a need to prove something. Where I work, I'm being forced to take diversity and equality courses. No one has ever said that I'm not diverse, nor respect people equally. Therefore why should I be told what my thoughts are? Anyway, I've just bought their first album, awesome!

Actually, it is often that even the analysis of chromosomes can not define the gender since it is not uncommon for people to have extra chromosomes. Do a bit of research, it is actually a very interesting topic.

some examples

Klinefelter's syndrome- one more x in males= screwed up testicles and not a lot of testosterone.

Triple X Syndrome- average iq of females with it is 90 and a little taller.

the last one would still count as a girl by definition since no x chromosome.
