Urien's SA3, Aegis Reflector, is pretty much a mirror that reflects projectiles and causes a little damage if you touch it. The purpose though, is to set up traps or situations where your opponent is pressured. In some cases, you can set up unblockable combos. Hope that gives you a little idea ;P
