i use the bolt actions a lot and they definitely don't need a buff, they all ready have low bullet drop and high bullet velocity for getting headshots
This won't happen if they only make it one shot when you are away at a certain range. If you are close up make it two shots. Not very hard to do plus I feel it would make people play the class like a real sniper. I personally would rather see a sniper up close one shot or not cause I would at least have a better chance at killing him.

Keep in mind. He's using a bolt action at close range. You can one shot kill with alot of weapons at this range in hardcore. Once you start getting outside 200+ yrds or more, the more difficult it becomes to get one shot. You just about need headshots at that distance. This is an exaggeration.
I still think that 'sniper' rifles should at least kill in one shot to the chest. I mean anyone who knows a damn about real life long range precision shooting knows to go for that triangle on the chest, not the head! Don't increase damage, just increase the multiplier to the chest.

If you are close enough it will one hit kill, as long as you hit it at the torso area or higher or something. And you get get a long-range one hit kill by hitting at the higher chest or head. All of this is in normal.
@Reydriel it's only a one hit kill if somebody already shooted the player the M95B max damage at 10-20 meters is 95 so if you shoot somebody ho is at 100 % hp then he still hawe 5% hp well on normal but on hardcore it is a one shoot kill.
This is up close, so the bolt actions are doing max damage. If sniping from over distance, its so annoying when you hit a guy in the chest and he keeps running. And anyway, not everyone is as good as you.
Gosh you guys don't get it. He is playing hardcore mode (where health is 60%) to show how one shot kills would look like if snipers were to be buffed in normal mode.
Not a fair comparison, the M98B deals a maximum of 95 damage and a minimum of 55, and in hardcore your health is reduced to a maximum of 60. You have to be a good distance away to not one-hit kill someone with that weapon. The minimum damage you deal will most likely kill the other person because health cannot regenerate either, and no one throws health kits unless you spam fuck Q and demand it.
31 Second video sums up every possible reason why they dont need a buff. Yep this guys an idiot. 31 second video like this could show only headshots and someone could claim bolt action rifles are over powered.

If you are close enough it will one hit kill, as long as you hit it at the torso area or higher or something. And you get get a long-range one hit kill by hitting at the higher chest or head. All of this is in normal.

@Reydriel it's only a one hit kill if somebody already shooted the player the M95B max damage at 10-20 meters is 95 so if you shoot somebody ho is at 100 % hp then he still hawe 5% hp well on normal but on hardcore it is a one shoot kill.

This is up close, so the bolt actions are doing max damage. If sniping from over distance, its so annoying when you hit a guy in the chest and he keeps running. And anyway, not everyone is as good as you.

Not a fair comparison, the M98B deals a maximum of 95 damage and a minimum of 55, and in hardcore your health is reduced to a maximum of 60. You have to be a good distance away to not one-hit kill someone with that weapon. The minimum damage you deal will most likely kill the other person because health cannot regenerate either, and no one throws health kits unless you spam fuck Q and demand it.
