@Sheik06 Not neccessarily, how ever using your forehead can lead to a broken nose or if you get a gash blood in the eyes making it hard to see. The hardest part of your skull is the rounded crest on the sides so unless you are bald it makes more sense to hit with the part with hair.
Where you hit your opponent doesn't matter. With KFM everything works standing kneeling, sitting, and on the ground so this could be you on the ground hitting the indide of someones knee.
Best way to end up with bandages on your head.
