hi, what i still dont get about the talkbox is.. using it with a guitar you need a mic but with the keyboard you dont? i thought the keyboard sound comes through the tube in your mouth, gets deformed and goes back through the mic into the amp? please enlighten me.

you dont ever really NEED a mic. If your playing for a big audience then you might want one to project the sound. Whether you play a guitar or a keyboard the sound comes out of the tube and bounces back out of your mouth.

You can technically play anything through the talkbox. BUT the only way you will have much control over it is with a keyboard or guitar.

i was just wonderin...im getting the microkorg in a few weeks but i wnt the banshee tlkbox which im getting. the tlkbox is only 5 watt (the one uve got,which is the one im getting),can u plug it into a amp to make it louder? n then plug it into the micro korg but how cuz theres only one plug to stick it in?

don't hold your mouth open so much dude. you need to act like there isn't a tube in your mouth and talk normally.

i dunno. just practice talking normally with the tube in your mouth. like cut a small piece of tube off and just have in your mouth all the time. sounds dumb, but really helps. turn your talkbox up to match the volume of your consonant sounds so it sounds smoother, rather than having a super loud S or T sound. that should get you pretty far. just keep on practicin man!
