in my research the sarth tank should either be a druid, b/c of large health pool, or dk for anti magic shield for flame breath. any other tank can tank twilight drakes

yea when you engage sartharion he calls down the drakes on a timer, and they summon portals periodically. this is the hardest fight in the game with 3 drakes up 10 man, so it's meant to be quite difficult :P

he gets a stacking buff every time one of the drakes which increases attack speed and damage by 25%, So with 3 drakes, that means its 75% faster and harder, so it just basically makes your healers work a little harder.
