  • Nice :)

  • Im a Chiocano believer of Wovoka!

his words ring true, casinos, aztec dance revival, Andean restoration of culture, and resistance in Amazonas.

    'everthing is going our way'

  • This was beautiful video and thank you for sharing. To the people who disrespect this message, it is a reflection of your spirit; your lack of compassion & arrogance; your diseased thoughts. My question is, were you born w/ these thoughts? There's a great LIE that permeates life from people/beings who wish to control ALL of life. One way they are accomplishing this is by slanderous propaganda & by incorrect, incomplete & false history classes in school. Wake up & LOVE each other b4 its 2 late!

  • whats the diff between a shaman and a medicine man?

  • Snag...

  • I want to see some descendant of Pocahontas that would be freaking awesome lol

  • @babydinas54 jajajajajajajjajajajajaj

  • @babydinas54 She was considered a traitor. My stepdad claims to be a descendant, lol

  • erase the comments that are disrespectful. funny, how so many people online can "act brave", yet these same nitwits would be quiet near a bunch of Indians or, whites, or whoever they tend to have a grudge against. Funny. No integity anymore: if you cannot say something to someones face, than shut up.Trust me, Id say all of this to any man.

  • but wavoka was from utah and niamtxiv can go suck a doney

  • ''White people are the most savage race on earth'' and yet you sleep with one and you allow him to voilate you? Sounds fuckked up.

  • Im related to Wovoka. No really i am. he was my great great great great grandfather

  • Respectfully, I disagree. I have the history of two lands in me, including this one (Canada) and I respect both. My point is that racism of any kind is wrong - from any people against any people. Terrible things have been done and are still being done, and we need to speak out against them, but that doesn't justify attitudes like Imerbrish's. Listen to his prayer. That is where we will all find healing.

  • Good morals kind hearted and very handsome we need more men like him.

  • does anyone count blacks that have more than 1/4 american indian blood indian?

  • Asian and Native American are brothers.

    watch?v=ScDTA9rhfHs

  • Uhh.... Nah

  • Uhh.... Yeah... Racist? Or just ignorant?

  • I don't care.

  • Uhh.... Something

  • It was prophecied that a 13th tribe would be born of all different colours and creeds. They would be the spirits of the ancestors. I feel this is conected to the Ghost Dance which will forever be a dance to honour those who follow The Old Ways and respect Mother Earth and Father sky. Those who remember that human beings were created to take care of The Earth and remember we are all of one family. They will be known as Warriors of The Rainbow.

    Bless You

    Birdy and Little Hawk

  • I'm sure Wovoka is proud of you! I especially like the part addressing that we are, are own enemy. I am not Native American but, I appreciate the culture and would like to learn more. Last year I had the opportunity to visit the Smithosonian Native American Museum and I encountered on display dresses from the "Ghost Dance" it was very touching and sad. I have nothing but respect Wovoka.

  • I do not wish to offend anyone, I am white, a Mediterranean person. My country was also taken unfairly by thieves not so many years ago. They are the turks, now I admit I have prejudice against the ones that lie, & manipulate us everyday through "politics" but I cant hate an entire nation because of it. There are turks who are against us and turks who want peace. Just like they are white people out there for share your values & care about you.

  • To you~Shiloah Bender~you just showed the truth of "you don't stand a chance against my prayers ~ you don't stand a chance against my love" Just know the spirits of the ancestors, those who loved us & have died before us ~ are totally connected to us ~ and the natural word has no power compared to the supernatural world~ Bless~ Respectfully

  • I dont mean to sound rude, but the term "Native American" bothers me because I was born in this country and I am also a Native American. But I also am 1/12th American Indian ancestory not withstanding. Anyone born in the USA is a native American aren't they?

  • You are not a Native american until you know how it feels to have your people marched across america and forced to live in the most desolate and worthless pieces of land the white man could find. I think Native means people who are indigenous to the land and the american indians are the only people who are indigenous to what is now The United States of America. I am sorry if this sounds rude, but if your people were treated the way mine were you would be more understanding. True native american.

  • I mean no offense, but that sounds racist to me. "The White man" did this. Its all his fault, etc. And yes I am AMERICAN INDIAN. I am Cherokee, and Powhatan decent, and I do realize that the Europeans were not perfect, but neither were the Indians. Stop blaming other people and take your own responsibility. My people? I am a native American because I was born here in the USA.

  • "I mean no offense" either, you are a cherokee. I've met cherokee's, and you too are probably a blue eye. One who knows nothing of what the white man has done to your people. Have you ever heard of the trail of tears? It wasn't a picnic. It is obvious that your people are not "my people" in which you state in your coment. My people are strong and full of pride, and it is a shame that your people wern't more like my people when the white settler came and stole our land. Something to think about.

  • I also have Powhatan in me. I am one of the decendants of Pocohantas. And you're right- I am not immediate ancestory. Still, I am very proud of what I do have. The American Natives were brave people. I just dont feel that its right to hold onto bitterness about what "the white man did". We all make mistakes and no one is perfect. Even the Indians were not all nice- some tribes were viciously cruel to the European settlers. So its just human nature- we must learn to forgive.

  • It is my understanding that my grandmother taught me; "Know the past understand it and learn from it." She said "It is misunderstanding and segregation in ideas that keep hate and intolerance alive. Love all who share and belive in your ideas; also those who don't; and most of all never allow those whom have came before us be the reason that keeps us apart."

  • Imberish, you're a racist. I'm also Native (Mi'kmaq) and I know that Native peoples suffered. However, don't presume that they were the only ones. If you knew more of history than just yourself, you would know, for example, that the Irish, Scotish and Welsh peoples suffered terribly at the hands of the Brittish in much the same way. They were robbed of their culture, language and land, persecuted, starved, and killed. They were white. Does that mean their suffering is less than yours? No.

  • Yes, finally someone gets it. I am racist shiromori, I don't like most people. I am a Northern Nevada Native American just as this young man is. I just don't have the patience (maybe it is the Irish and Scottish blood running through my veins mixing with my indian blood making me weak and vulnerable to the thoughts and comments such as yours) for people like you. I enjoy reading such coments of dissertation and hearing of your commonwealth of knowledge and great ineptitude of being:)

  • Do you also enjoy using big words to sound intelligent when you clearly don't understand what they mean?

  • Kia ora Imberish, I thank this young man for his grace and inner presence of mind under difficult circumstances. I also acknowledge the discussion here with shiromori. The word racist is so overused today it has lost much of its power. Imberish, you are in no political position to impose your views of life institutionally. Shiromori you can with others and you are doing so. Yes many nations have been wronged. Shiromori, that does not mean they have learned from this. Respect Red country! Aho

  • Wa Do

  • A genuine young man, idealistic, romantic, but sadly, unfortunately simplistic view of the past. We all want to create myths to make our pasts "great." Wovoka picked hops in the west! His acceptance shows how desperate they were then....

  • Good job, Shiloah! ;) You stand proud like a true native American.

  • that comment was for the disrespectful dqladen

  • What you call "for the good" no choice of ours, for the good ment getting rid of people for the sake of progress. we are always Focused in the past, that is what TRADITIONS come from, It keeps what's left of our NATIVE cultures from disappearing for the sake of progress... so yes the PAST is very important to all native americans. i know for a Fact that what your PHD.s know of the world... and the human fossil records ... their eveidence could fit in the back of a small pick up truck.

  • Wavoka would be proud of this young descendant

  • i use to live in coleville..... i really miss it..... even though there was alotta forest fires when i lived there....-_-

  • Be proud of who you are, Shiloah Bender. You make sure your famous ancestors' message will not be forgotten!
