We shouldn't have comprised as much as we did. We would've still had the downgrade, still been able to pay the bills, but we wouldn't have gone any higher in debt. @AnAmericanSon The bail out did not fail. Companies like GM and others were saved because of it. The cost of not doing the bail out would have been worse than doing it. I can only agree that TARP and the stimulus could have been implemented better. Banks are not lending. Their bailout should have been on the condition that they start lending again. And no matter how you spin it, S&P's words were clear. It was mainly the political circus over the debt ceiling that got us downgraded.

Bush passed on killing bin Laden when he had the chance, then disbanded the unit who was looking for him, and said he didn't care about finding him anymore. Obama said he was going to kill him, directed the CIA to find him, and when they did, he had him killed. Period. Bush failed and Obama succeeded, end of story. Why are you lying?

@bush1tman If our intelligence service stinks out loud, how did the CIA manage to corner Osama bin Laden at Tora Bora only months after 9/11? They had him, and just needed his escape routes into Pakistan blocked off by the Army. The Bush administration, in one of their many monumental fuckups, denied that request. Simply put, W was just too big a pussy to get bin Laden, but what can you expect from an unelected mommas boy who would be pumping gas for a living if it werent for his last name?
